Our orchard and nursery is currently asleep and enjoying its peaceful winter nap. The first scions have just been cut from the fruit trees this week for grafting, the garden plan is officially drawn out, and our first seeds will meet dirt in our growing room next week. We look forward to long sunny days, the first color of spring by way of tulips and lilacs, a bountiful harvest of summer flowers, fruits, and vegetables, and the art by way of our kitchen that will come from all of it. Most of all, we can’t wait to share it with you.
